Daniel earned his Bachelor's Degree from Western Carolina University, where he was a member of the dean's list. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh, NC. Daniel worked for Legal Aid of NC's Farm Workers' Unit where he represented victims of labor trafficking. After that, Daniel interned at the U.S. Committee for Refugees representing minors seeking asylum and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. During law school Daniel earned a spot to work at the Capital Business Law Clinic in Raleigh, NC where he advised startups and clients in business formation, owners' rights, and other business law matters. After law school, Daniel worked at a busy Hispanic-owned law firm representing clients in traffic court, immigration, personal injury, work accidents, and family law matters. Before funding this firm, Daniel worked for NC's largest personal injury firm and successfully resolved hundreds of cases and recovered millions of dollars for his clients. Daniel is well respected in the legal community and has a track record of being an aggressive advocate to bring justice to his clients.
